At Lattafa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the unopened fragrance in its original box and use a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to ensure the bottle arrives back to us undamaged.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled, and send the package to our designated fulfillment center.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the item and confirms it is in sellable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
